1st User-: What looked like a major bug in today’s update. You cannot now pass products as materials for more complex products being constructed in higher workbenches. This was possible in the previous version. A bit of interest has thus been removed from this game. Also, after a certain point, this game pretty much grinds to a halt with nothing to be done but wait for several days whilst it slowly builds to where something can be operated again. I’ll very likely have uninstalled the spp by then.
2nd User-: Game is fun, but there are some problems: Performance issues, I get kicked out of the game if I try to switch to another factory. It only switches 5% of the time, so half the game is a no-go. It takes forever to load up and if you go reply to a text, you have to load up again. And it’s just generally slow for everything. I realize my phone is old, but damn. Also, no cloud save.. Might as well uninstall cause I can’t really play the game and even if I could in another device I’d have to start over.
3rd User-: UPDATE 3: The support team got back to me. They cannot restore any point in the game but did supply some super cash to help get back to where I was quick. UPDATE 2: After the initial response from support, I sent in requested screenshots and have heard nothing back for over 24 hours. Downgraded to 2 stars. been playing for about eight months. The game just reset back to zero. UPDATE: support has contacted me and is trying to find a solution. rating upgraded.
